Recreation of a classic WWE Raw scene where Braun Strowman flips an 18-wheeler. Really leaning into the action, we decided to tie the scene to a comic book stylization.
We needed a way to have each section of the comic panels “come to life”. Ultimately, we landed on a sketched desaturated stylization that was transformed by the key colors.
IN MOTION
Keeping the animation visible and easy to follow across the full set of resolutions was a puzzle. With the use of motion graphics, we were able to present the animation comfortably in each vastly different setting.
Our favorite piece of the animation ended up being a somewhat last-minute addition. We needed a way to reveal the RAW logo, and decided why not have Braun RIP IT IN HALF. Come on, it’s WWE, you’ve gotta step it up a notch, right?
